Online shoppers cannot pick your product up, so the photo does the job of the shop assistant. It has to show the shape, colour, size and quality clearly, and it has to look consistent with every other product on the page. That is a lot to ask of an image taken on a busy day in a small studio or a spare room.
We help ecommerce brands, from one-person Etsy shops to established retailers, turn raw product shots into images that are ready to upload. You keep control of the look; we handle the repetitive, detailed work.
Common challenges we solve
Marketplace rules
Amazon and other marketplaces have strict main-image rules, such as pure white backgrounds and how much of the frame the product fills. Images that miss them can be suppressed.
Consistency across catalogues
Products shot months apart, under different light, rarely match. Editing brings them back into one style.
Colour accuracy
Returns often come from colour that looks different on screen. Careful correction reduces the gap.
Volume and deadlines
New collections and seasonal drops mean lots of images at once.

Shooting tips that make editing better
- Shoot on a plain, light background with even lighting. It makes cut-outs cleaner and faster.
- Keep the camera position fixed for a whole product line, so alignment is easy.
- Shoot a colour reference card at the start of each session.
- Send the largest file you have; we resize down for each platform.
What better images do for ecommerce
Good photos do more than look nice. They answer questions before a customer has to ask, they make a business look established and trustworthy, and they reduce the gap between what people expect and what they receive. That last point matters: when images are accurate, fewer orders come back and fewer reviews mention that something looked different online.
Consistency is just as important as quality. A page where every image shares the same background, light and framing feels calm and professional. A page where each image looks different makes people work harder to compare, and many simply leave. Editing is the most practical way to get that consistency, especially when photos are taken on different days, by different people or with different equipment.
Our quality checklist

- A second editor signs off each file.
Files and delivery
We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, HEIC and most camera RAW formats, shared by upload or a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link. We deliver in the format, size and colour profile you need, whether that is web-ready JPGs, transparent PNGs, layered PSDs for your designers or print-ready TIFFs. Your file names and folder structure are kept so everything drops straight back into your workflow. Delivery times depend on volume and complexity, and we confirm a firm deadline with every quote.
How working with us looks
You send a few sample images and tell us where they will be used. We edit them free so you can check quality and style. Once you are happy, we agree a per-image price and a delivery time, save your style preferences, and every future batch follows the same rules. You can ask for changes on any image at no extra cost.
We never use your images in our own marketing without written permission, and you keep full rights to everything we deliver.
