How much does editing cost?
Price depends on complexity and volume. We quote per image after seeing samples, before any paid work starts.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single image.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, larger and regular orders are usually priced lower per image. Ask for a quote.
How long does editing take?
It depends on the number and complexity of images. We confirm a delivery time with each quote, and rush delivery is often possible.
How do I send my images?
Upload through our forms or share a Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer or similar link.
Which file formats do you accept?
JPG, PNG, TIFF, PSD, HEIC, WebP and most RAW formats, including CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, RAF and DNG.
Which formats do you deliver?
JPG, PNG with transparency, layered PSD, TIFF or WebP, in the size and colour profile you need.
Do you edit by hand or use AI?
The editing itself, such as paths, masks and retouching, is done by hand. We may use software to speed up admin tasks.
Can you meet Amazon image requirements?
Yes. We deliver pure white (#FFFFFF) backgrounds and frame products the way Amazon recommends.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us what to change and we will redo it at no extra cost.
How many revisions do I get?
We revise until the image meets the brief you gave us.
Are my images kept confidential?
Yes. Files are used only for your order and never shared or shown in our portfolio without your written permission.
Who owns the edited images?
You do. We claim no rights over your photos or the edited results.
Can you match my existing style?
Yes. Send a few finished examples or your presets and we will match them.
Do you work with photographers on a white-label basis?
Yes. We do not contact your clients or add our branding.
Can you edit photos taken on a phone?
Yes, as long as they are sharp. Higher resolution gives better results.
Do you restore old family photos?
Yes. Send a good scan and we will tell you what can be repaired.
How do I pay?
We confirm payment options with your quote. Paid work only starts once you have approved the price.
Do you work with clients outside the UK and US?
Yes, we work with clients worldwide by email.
